effect from 1 April 1993 up to 6800 seats and

a maximum of 22 frequencies per week;

(iii) with effect from 1 April 1994 up to 7600 seats and

up to a maximum of 24 frequencies per week; and

may at their discretion freely convert the above

passenger capacity for the operation of all-cargo

Services ОП the Hong Kong-Australia route at the

ratio of one 3747 flight for every 400 seats.
