Amendment

Any

amendments to this

which may be required

Agreement, including any amendment

as a result of any multilateral

convention which may in future apply to both Contracting Parties, may be agreed by the Contracting Parties and shall

enter into force on a date to be determined in a written

exchange between the Contracting Parties, indicating that all

necessary procedures have been completed by them.
