We understand that the Forelan and Commonwealth Office has issued advice 10 British shipowners to the effect that British ships and citizens should avoid calls at Menrevia that the situation in port remains diff cult, with no obvious group in clear control, and that conditions ashore remain difficult for Europeans.
As long as Hong Kong remains a Dependent Territory, we consider that Hong Kong owners of Hong Kong registered ships should receive similar ac vice archi same me as it is passed to British owners, and we wonder if you would sieuse look into this on our behalf.
