PARTICIPATION BY NATIONALS IN THE MANNING
AND/OR OWNERSHIP OF VESSELS
With respect to the provisions concerning the
manning and ownership of vessels as contained in paragraphs
1 to 3 of Article 6 and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 8,
respectively, and without prejudice to the application of
any other article of this Agreement, a State of registration
shall apply as mandatory either the provisions of paragraphs 1 to 3 of Article 6 or of paragraphs 1 and 2 of Articles 8.
