I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt on 30 March 1990 of Your letter of the same date containing a declaration of extension to the Terri- tory of Hong Kong of the Convention on the Law Applicable to Trusts and on their Recognition, concluded at The Hague on 1 July 1985.

The States Members of the Hague Conference on Private International Law will be informed, in accordance with Article 32d of the Convention, of the said extension.
