Dear Sir,
As requested by the Government of the United Kingdom, and in accordance with Article 1, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the Rules concerning the Powers, Functions and Procedure of Regional Conferences Convened by the International Labour Organisation, I have pleasure in extending an invitation to Hong Kong to participate in the Eleventh Asian Regional Conference of the International Labour Organisation which will be held in Bangkok from Tuesday, 26 November, to Monday, 2 December 1991.
I am enclosing herewith a copy each of the letter of convocation and the letter concerning material arrangements, which have been sent to the governments invited to take part in the Conference.
