Article 1

Workers employed in agricultural undertakings and related occupations shall be granted an annual holiday with pay after a period of continuous service with the same employer.

Modification

The convention is applied to all manual workers and to non-manual workers whose wages do not exceed HK$11,500 per month.

As with Article 2

of ILC No. 14, (para. 4) the modification in respect of

Article 1 of ILC No. 181 is no longer necessary following enactment of the Employment (Amendment) Ordinance 1990 removing the distinction between manual and non-manual employees. ILC No. 101 can now be

applied to Hong Kong without modificat:.on.
