The 11th Asia Regional Conference of the ILO is to be held in Bangkok from 26 November to 3 December. I attach a letter from the Hong Kong Government Secretariat asking the FCO to ask the ILO to extend an invitation to Hong Kong if we agreed. The attached telegram confirms an agreement.
