Credentials

The credentials of delegates to the Conference and their advisers should, under article 10, paragraph 1, of the Rules concerning the Powers, Functions and Procedure of Regional Conferences Convened by the ILO (a copy of which was enclosed with the letter of convocation), be deposited with the International Labour Office at least 15 days before the date fixed for the opening of the Conference. As the Conference will open on Tuesday, 26 November 1991, the last date for the deposit of credentials is Monday, 11 November.

For this purpose

and to facilitate the task of presenting the credentials of your country's delegation - I am attaching to this letter a form which your Government may wish to fill in and return to the Office within the required deadline.

Hotel accommodation

Bookings have been tentatively made for participants in the hotels listed in an Annex to this letter.

Owing to the large number of tourists visiting Bangkok at that time of the year, it is essential that requests for accommodation should be sent as soon as possible, and in any case before 10 November 1991 at the latest, to the following address:

The requests should indicate the exact type of accommodation required (number of rooms, type of each room, date of arrival, date of departure, etc.).

Reception on arrival

Members of delegations should inform Mrs. S. Payakniti as soon as possible of their date of arrival, flight number and hour of arrival at Bangkok airport, so that arrangements can be made for them to be met at the airport and taken to their hotels.

Baggage

Enclosed you will also find a number of baggage labels for the use of members of your delegation. It is recommended to attach these labels to all baggage so that it can be easily identified at Bangkok airport, thus facilitating entrance formalities.
