Whether closer explicit linkages between the Commission and regional fisheries projects are desirable and the action that needs to be taken in this regard.
The Commission is invited to review its structure, functions and responsibilities, keeping in view the recommendation of COFI at its Eighteenth Session and taking into account the issues suggested above for consideration together with any other issues which it may deem appropriate.
