Observations by DSHA(SD)/CNTA
This was
my first visit to China. It provided me
with a valuable opportunity to learn about the Chinese
Government structure and how it operates.

the Minister of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade, the
State Commission for Restructuring the Economic Systems and
the Commission of Legislative
Affairs.
