Please replace paragraph (k) on page 2 of the Executive Summary of the Report with the

following:

The Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA) comprises an

area of 34 sq. km with good communication links with adjacent cities and with

the Xingang Port. Investors can recruit well-trained workers either from nearby

Tanggu, or from Beijing. Hong Kong is the largest investor in the TEDA (paras.

57, 58 and 60)."
