Lord Fanshawe was visiting Singapore from Japan on behalf of Tube Investments, on whose Board he sits. He wanted to indicate to the Senior Minister consideration that TI was giving
to
a possible relocation of their Regional Headquarters from Hong Kong to Singapore. The conversation was, however, focussed mainly on wider regional matters.
