The Government of the People's Republic of China hereby declares that territory, the Macao Special Administrative Region, as a separate customs meets the requirements of Article XXVI:S(c) of the General Agreement as territory being deemed Tariffs and Trade concerning customs

continue to be deemed 135 contracting

and shall therefore party contracting party to the General Agreement in the name of "Macao. Chima".
