2. Royal Instructions were not awarded (clearly this would be inappropriate for Bermuda which retains capital punishment for murder, and the Coribkeen DTS still retain capital punishment for treason and other obscure acts). Hong Kong will be blazing the trail in this respect. Your legal Adviser will help you. He may wish to look at earlier examples of DT's abolishing capital punishment (Falklands, Cibretter, St Helena, Best?)
