carry out any of its objects or perform any of its

duties or functions either alone or in association

with any other person;

disseminate information on any matter related to the

objects of the Corporation;

publish such periodicals or other publications as it

considers of benefit with respect to any service

provided by the Corporation;

enter into agreements with any person for the

broadcasting of programmes produced or provided by

the Corporation.

Nothing in this section shall be taken to confine the

exercise of the powers thereby conferred on the Corporation to Hong

Kong.
