(a) the maintenance of the Development Fund by the

Corporation;

(b) the manner of calculating the sums that may be

credited to the Development Fund;

(c)

(d)

the method of investment of the Development Fund;

the application of moneys from the Development Fund.

CONTROL

Compliance with Codes of Practice

(1) The Corporation shall at all times be responsible for

ersuring that the programmes it provides or produces for

broadcasting comply with all relevant Codes of Practice.

(2) In the application of such Codes of Practice for the

purposes of this section references to a licensee shall be read as

references to the Corporation.

37.

Corporation to supply material to Broadcasting Authority or

Telecommunications Authority upon demand

(1) Upon demand being made in writing to the Corporation by

the Broadcasting Authority, the Corporation shall supply

(a) to the Broadcasting Authority or any committee

appointed by the Broadcasting Authority; or

(b)

to the Telecommunications Authority or any person

authorized by the Telecommunications Authority,

as directed by the Broadcasting Authority in such demand, any

material (including the script of any programme) which has been

odcast by the Corporation or produced or provided by the
