under seal may be entered into or executed on behalf of the
Corporation by any person generally or specially authorized by the
Corporation for that purpose.

Unauthorized use of title
No person shall incorporate or form or be a director, officer,
member or organizer of, or work in connection with any body of
persons which without the written consent of the Board
(a)
(b)
holds itself out to be
(i) the Corporation or any branch or part
(ii)
thereof; or
in any way connected or associated with the
Corporation; or
uses the title "Radio Television Hong Kong
Corporation" or " 香港電台 or a title which so
closely resembles those titles as to be capable of
deceiving or misleading any person into believing
that the body of persons is
(i) the Corporation or any branch or part
(ii)
thereof; or
in any way connected or associated with ti
Corporation.
12.
Corporation and wholly owned
subsidiaries not servants or
agents of Crown
The Corporation and its wholly owned subsidiaries are not the
servants or agents of the Crown and do not enjoy any status,
immunity or privilege of the Crown.
