under The BBC East Asia Relay Company Limited's radio broadcasting relay station licence excluded from Hong Kong Telecom International Limited's rights of external transmission
Members of the Executive
Governor confirmed and directed
the
Council advised and the
pursuant to all the powers in
that behalf him enabling, that at all material times external
programme services under The BBC East Asia Relay Company Limited
radio broadcasting relay station licence which was granted by
Governor-in-Council on 12 May 1987, were and will continue
to remain excepted from the external transmission services
referred to in paragraph (k) of the First Schedule to the
licence granted to
Cable and Wireless (Hong Kong) Limited, now
known as Hong Kong Telecom International Limited.
