Any review under Condition 3.2 shall take place in consultation with the Licensee.

Subject to Condition 4.2 the Service may contain channels of the type set out in Schedule 1 and such other channels which comply with the Licensee's obligations under this Licence.
Any significant changes to the nature of the channels listed in Schedule 1 or additional channels should be subject to consultation with the Broadcasting Authority.
Should any dispute arise between the Licensee and the Broadcasting Authority in relation to changes or additions referred to in Condition 4.2, the matter should be referred

Condition 4.4 also applies to any arrangement whereby a Cantonese language soundtrack is to be simulcast with the transmissions of the Licensee by the Licensee or any other person.
