(2) Condition 4 is

amended by adding the following new

Conditions 4.4, 4.5 and 4.6 and re-numbering the existing

to 4.9 as Conditions 4.7 to 4.12

Conditions 4.4

respectively :-

4.4 Subject to the provisions in Condition 4.5 and to any

relevant code of practice which may be issued from time

to time by the Authority after consulting the

Broadcasting Authority, the Service may contain the

sound programmes set out in Schedule 4 and such other

sound programmes which comply with the

obligations under this Licence.

Licensee's

4.5 Any significant changes to the

nature of the sound

programmes listed in Schedule 4 or the addition of the

other sound programmes referred to in Condition 4.4

shall be subject to the approval of the Authority after

consulting the Broadcasting Authority.

4.6

Notwithstanding any provisions in

Condition 4 but

subject to the provisions hereof and to the approval of

the Authority after consulting the Broadcasting

Authority, any sound programmes carried by those sound

signals described in paragraph (b) of the definition

herein of "Associated sound and data signals" may be in

Cantonese.

(3) Paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 is amended in line 2 by adding "or

listening" after "for viewing".
