I have no doubt that when the talks are finalised, the details will all become known and that is quite right. But when you are actually in this stage of negotiations it's better if it's kept at this level.

How worried is the British government about the rhetoric that has been coming out of Peking recently, for example over the Bill of Rights which the Hong Kong legislative passed last week?

China made its views on the Bill of Rights known for many months in the past and I can't see any different wording from what they've said previously.
