3. There is an upbeat piece (attached) in the latest Economist about WSTV's plans to expand into Asia and the contacts with Hutchison. It does not mention the potential difficulty over Cantonese broadcasts, but it does make the point that Hutchison and Asiasat are not the only possible partner and vehicle for the BBC.
