2. You may incidentally, be interested to know that yesterday's Chinese press in Hong Kong reported

Sir Run Run Shaw as saying that Hong Kong TVB was interested in operating a cable TV station in Hong Kong and would be presenting a proposal to the government next month. So the prospects for cable TV in Hong Kong are not quite as dead as Mr Li was suggesting.
