Many thanks for your letter of 28 January together with the helpful "bull points" which were enclosed. This material was worked up into a letter to the editor from Peter Johnstone which appeared in the Sunday Journal on 10 February (circulation approximately 155,000). I enclose a copy. We scored double points that day as Peter's letter appeared opposite an article on the Gulf war by the Secretary of State which he had also managed to place.
