I intend to hold a small in-house seminar on
Hong Kong on 3 July and would very much welcome it if you were able to join us. Participants will include
Malco Lora Caithness and Sir Percy Cradock, as well as myself
and about half-a-dozen senior Pee officials. We propose to invite a similar number of people from outside the Office, including MPs, academics, journalists and
businessmen with experience of and interest in Hong Kong.

The seminar will take place at 1 Carlton Gardens from 1000 to 1130 on 3 July.
