He suggests that a Hong Kong Chinese businessman might be included among the outside guests. Names that spring to mind are Q W Lee, SY Cheung, T K Ann, K S Li, Y K Pao, Li Ka Shin. Lord Caithness also wonders whether the balance of outsiders/insiders is right. He suggests equal numbers.
