Hong Kong: Secretary of State's Sandwich Lunch for MPs

We spoke about the guest list for this occasion. In addition to the Members invited last time, the Secretary of State would like to ask Bowen Wells, Jim Lester and David Howell. The Secretary of State has, however, deleted Sir Bernard Braine from the list.

I appreciate that it may be too late not to invite him, but if the invitations have not already issued, perhaps we could leave him out on this occasion.
