substantive reply before your Overseas Service Pensioners Association as explained by Barrie Wiggham in his letter of 27 May. Nevertheless I should be grateful if you would pass news of the decision on together with the assurance that other options to provide an equitable solution for HMOCS pensioners are being pursued vigorously by this administration with HMG.
