ARTICLE VII LIABILITY
The Association's liability is unlimited.
7.2
In the event of any liability or debt being incurred in excess of the Association's funds, the deficit shall be borne equally by the Members at the time the liability or debt is incurred.
[NB. The Association is not a body corporate and therefore cannot acquire or own property or enter into contracts.]
