6.3
No Officer shall be paid from the Association's funds for his services to the Association except payment of reasonable expenses.
Levy
6.4
Where the Committee is of the opinion that the Association's funds are insufficient to finance a course of action they consider to be desirable in order to pursue one or more of the 'Objects' set out in Article III, they shall convene a General Meeting in accordance with the provisions of Article V and propose a levy, at a rate to be decided at that Meeting.
[NB.
Para 4.8 provides that a Member shall be expelled if any sum due to the Association is not paid within 30 days of it becoming due.]
