The frequency of Committee Meetings shall be decided by the Committee and minutes of Committee Meetings shall be kept by the

Secretary.

5.23

A quorum at a Committee meeting shall be three, including at

least two Officers.

5.24

Naminations for election to the Committee shall be in writing, signed by any two FULL Members and counter-signed by the candidate to signify nis agreement, and shall be delivered to the Secretary between

1st and 15th October.

5.25

The Secretary shall then circulate ballot papers listing the candidates to the FULL Members with the notice convening the AGM.

5.26

Ballot papers shall be returned to the Secretary in sealed envelopes no later than 30 minutes before the commencement of the AGM. The Secretary shall then deliver the sealed envelopes to two Members (who shall not be themselves standing for election) appointed by the Chaiman, to count the votes and convey the result to the AGM.
