HMOCS MATTERS: LINE ON COMPENSATION ARRANGEMENTS

As you know, we agreed with the Treasury a line for Lord Caithness to take on compensation arrangements, should he meet the HMOCS Association (HK telno 2321 and FCO telno 1349). Although no statement was made, I understand that it was used by Lord Caithness in a letter to the Chief Secretary. As we do not have a copy of this, I would be very grateful if you could fax me one as soon as possible.

We have some letters from the AECS and I would like to see what was written to CS before I reply.
