and belong to the Government and the Consultant shall not use any such documents, reports, plans, models or

other particulars or things or disclose the contents thereof to any third person, in any manner outside the

course of the Consultancy Services without the prior

written approval of the Civil Service Branch,

Government Secretariat.

CONFIDENTIALITY

8.1

The Consultant shall ensure that adequate security

precautions are made to protect all documents and

information relating to the provision of the

Consultancy Services.

The Consultant shall not without the prior written

consent of the Civil Service Branch, Government

Secretariat at any time either during the course

of this appointment or thereafter divulge any information in connection with or arising out of

the Consultancy Services (whether derived from

private sector or Government sources) or otherwise

relating to or concerning the Government and which

is of a confidential nature to the Government to

any third party save for the purpose of complying

with the Consultant's obligations hereunder.

9.

GENERAL

The Consultant shall not commit the Hong Kong

Government to any obligation whatsoever.
