1. May I please see copies of the document mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 2 of your letter of 29 August, ie, the 1985 minuting with the Prime Minister, and the 1988 minuting with the Treasury.
Also the minute in September/October which said how much on average someone might go off with in 1997.
