5.12

The Committee may convene an EGM upon its own determination and shall do so upon the written request of seven FULL Members.

5.13

An EGM convened at the request of Members as aforesaid shall be held within 30 days of such request being delivered to the Secretary unless the Members making the request agree to a later date.

General Meetings

Giving of Notice

5.14

The Secretary shall cause notice in writing of a General Meeting to be sent to every Member at the last address he has provided in writing to the Association for this purpose. Such notice shall :-

be inserted into the post or Secretariat despatch system, as the Secretary thinks appropriate, at least seven days, not counting general holidays or the day of the meeting, in advance of the General Meeting;

specify the time, the place and the agenda of the meeting;
