ARTICLE I NAME AND ADDRESS

1.1.

The name of the Association shall be 'The Association of

Members of Her Majesty's Overseas Civil Service in Hong Kong".

Address

1.2

The address of the Association shall be :-

"Central Goverment Offices,

Lower Albert Road,

Hong Kong."

1.3

The address of the Association may be changed at the discretion of the Committee provided that no such change shall be effective until :-

(a)

it has been approved in writing by the Registrar of Societies; and

(b)

notice of the change has been given in writing to the Members.
