(10) Each member of the Authority present at a meeting thereof shall have a vote.

(11) Every question for decision at a meeting of the Authority shall be determined by a majority of votes of the members present and, in the event that voting is equally divided, the chairman of the meeting shall have a casting vote.

(12) Subject to having a quorum, the Authority may act notwithstanding a vacancy among its members.

(13) (a) The Authority shall organize and regulate its administration, procedure and business.

(1) The Authority shall hold such and so many meetings as may be necessary for the

performance of its functions.

(1) A meeting of the Authority shall be convened by the Chairman or if the Chairman is absent from Hong Kong or is unable to act as chairman for any other reason, the Deputy Chairman, or if there is no Deputy Chairman or if the Deputy Chairman is so absent or is unable to act for any other reason, by any 2 members (one of whom may be the Chief Executive Officer) of the Authority.

Definitions

In this Schedule——

"the current membership" means the number of members (including the Financial Secretary and the Chief Executive Officer) of which the Authority is to consist having regard to the determination under paragraph 2(1) in force for the time being but disregarding any existing vacancy, "ordinary member" means any member of the Authority who is neither the Financial Secretary nor

the Chief Executive Officer.
