Brief Scope of Contract
1. Tung Chung development, phase 1, site formation
49 ha of reclamation and 16 ha of land formation, together with associated seawalls and temporary breakwater construction.
2. West Kowloon Reclamation Reprovisioning
Construction of Cheung Sha Wan Wholesale Market Phase 1
3. Airport Site Preparation Contract - excavation of
approximately 90 million cu.m of Chek Lap Kok Island and formation of a site of 1250ha for the airport, including construction of seawall & drainage work

4. Central and Wanchai Reclamation - Phase I
reclamation of about 20 ha and construction of around 1,110 metres of seawall between Rumsey Street and Star Ferry to provide land for the expansion of the Central Business Area and the Airport Railway Terminus as well as construction of replacement ferry piers and air conditioning intake facilities. (consideration is now being given to entrustment of the project to MTRC)
