1. Expanded Development Study of Tuen
Mun Area 38 (To plan three development scenarios for the proposed special industries and river trade terminal in Area 38, Tuen Mun).
2. Reprovisioning of Cheung Sha Wan
Shipyards in Siu Lam (To plan and prepare preliminary design for a preferred scheme for the proposed shipyards at Tai Lam Kok, Siu Lam for reprovisioning of Cheung Sha Wan Shipyards in the Preliminary Report Stage).
3. Container terminal No. 8 site
investigation and Engineering Study (To 'study the relative merits of locating the next container terminal at either Tsing Yi or Stonecutters Island; and to proceed with the preliminary design of the chosen option to facilitate gazette action and preparation of lease conditions).
4. Ma Wan Channel Improvement Study
To examine the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of improvements to Ma Wan channel and assess risk factors in transit of vessels carrying hazardous cargo
