Further to our telephone conversation this morning, a brief to confirm that we are arranging for a photographer to take pictures for the press during the course of tomorrow evening.

Specifically we hope to secure a photograph featuring Lord Caithness together with Minister of Trade the Hon. Tim Sainsbury together, the Governor of Hong Kong Sir David Wilson, and Chairman Dr. Fung, following initial cocktails as guests moving through to take their seats for the dinner. I will of endeavour to co-ordinate arrangements on the night, but assuming he has no objections I would be most grateful if you could let Lord Caithness know our intention so as to minimise any possible confusion.
