interesting enclosure on Guangdong Province.
It is encouraging to have this confirmation that the
general view among bankers on Hong Kong risk in the
coming decade is positive. This should help to cement international confidence in Hong Kong, following the agreement with the Chinese on the new airport and the
visit by the Prime Minister.
