Lord Young will be calling on the Prime Minister at 1530 on Friday 27 September to discuss Hong Kong and China, whither he is travelling on 28 September. The Prime Minister does not need a brief in order to give Lord Young an account of his recent visit, but I would be grateful for a short note up-dating the Prime Minister on any relevant issues that have arisen since the visit and covering any commercial points which Lord Young is likely to raise with the Prime Minister.
