Hong Kong and BCCI
The Secretary of State has read press reports which suggest that the Hong Kong Government may be in bad trouble locally because of its handling of BCCI and the economy generally. He has commented that he and the Prime Minister will need briefing on this - and not just from the Hong Kong Government itself.
