(c) What is the Provisional Liquidator actually getting?
Precise terms are confidential.
However, the Provisional
Liquidator considers that the proposals as a whole represent
a better prospect for creditore than proceeding to
liquidation. Given the likely length and complexity of a
major liquidation, it is considered that the proposals offer
a prospect of creditors' claims being dealt with more
expeditiously.
