Call on the Secretary of State by US Senators and Congressmen on 1 July

Following an approach by Sir Michael Jopling MP through Mr Garel-Jones, the Secretary of State has agreed that when the US Senators and Congressmen are in London on 1 July he will not only give lunch to all of them but will see them all (rather than just Mr Foley and Mr Byrd) at 1000 hrs. You have kindly agreed to book a suitable room and to ask those doing the briefing to bear in mind that the Secretary of State will be speaking to all the American politicians and not, privately, to one or two.
