The Joint Theatre Plan (JTP) at Reference A is due for review.
2.
You are requested to examine the JTP and forward your comments, including any on its distribution, which in some service cases appears to be excessive, to the Director of Plans, United Kingdom Commanders-in-Chief Committees by 1 August 1991. After this date concurrence will be assumed. If overseas posts require further time they should signal to that effect.
3. Single Service Departments in the Ministry of Defence should pass their comments to the Defence Commitments Staff for coordination.
