UK PERFORMANCE
7. The UK is expected to maintain its position as one of the top three main suppliers to the world market, allowing for an increase in the share of the market obtained by other suppliers such as the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, India, Brazil, Republic of South Africa, and Israel and Argentina.
8. Before the Concept period the UK is expected to achieve a share of between 10% and 20% of the market in the early 1990s, achieved through an increased concentration in industry to industry collaboration as well as through the direct export of components/systems for incorporation in indigenous platforms (air, sea and land systems).
