As far as the list of journalists is concerned, I would hope that Chris Osborne could provide some commentry on the particular interests and orientations of the individuals concerned. Not all of them are known to me.

To sum up,
I fear that further work on these recommendations will be required. I am a little reluctant to ask Peter Heap to do this, given the fact that the names are already long overdue. But I think it would be wrong to procede with names which have not been properly documented and have not been related to our information objectives.
