when I mentioned the visit to him earlier this year and is expecting to be invited. Frau Buscher has booked the hotel (for 22) and a day room for the the Governor.
On the TDC Opening, Frau Buscher asked for some advice on flags (Germany, Hong Kong and Union Jack?). I will check this out.
I understand that Lady Wilson usually accompanies the Governor. In Frankfurt she would not normally attend the call on Schlesinger. And bankers' lunches (as opposed to dinners) are invariably without spouses.

I would be grateful if recipients of this letter would let me know of any points where I have got the facts wrong, and of course, if further assistance is needed. Frau Buscher and I have arranged to meet again on 7 January together with Mike Hall who will be Acting Consul-General during the Governor's visit.
